About Enaya

What is Enaya?

Enaya is a mobile vehicle care services company designed to provide professional vehicle care, structured service, and long-term care management through a consistent operational framework.

Is Enaya only a car wash service?

No. Professional car washing is one part of what Enaya provides. Enaya offers a wider range of car care services supported by structured operations, quality supervision, and long-term care principles.

What makes Enaya different from traditional car washing?

Enaya combines structured operations, documented service history, quality reviews, and long-term car care principles designed to maintain consistency over time.

Why does Enaya focus on long-term care?

Because proper car care is not defined by a single visit. A long-term approach helps build a better understanding of the vehicle, service preferences, and recurring observations over time.

Registration & Vehicle Profile

Why do I need to register before receiving service?

Registration helps create a structured vehicle care record and ensures service history, preferences, and documentation remain associated with the correct account.

Why are vehicle details required?

Vehicle information helps ensure service accuracy, proper documentation, and continuity across future visits.

Can I register more than one vehicle?

Yes. Multiple vehicles can be registered under the same account while maintaining separate care records for each vehicle.

Can I update my vehicle information later?

Yes. Updates may be requested through your account and are reviewed when necessary to maintain record accuracy.

Can I receive services without creating a vehicle profile?

Yes. Selected on-demand services may be requested without joining the Enaya care system. However, these services are not added to a vehicle care record and are not included within the long-term care framework.

Introductory Visit & Subscription

What is the Introductory Visit?

The Introductory Visit is a complimentary visit provided before activation to demonstrate how the Enaya system operates in practice.

Is the Introductory Visit available more than once?

No. The Introductory Visit is provided once per client, regardless of the number of registered vehicles.

Do I need a subscription to receive service?

Generally, yes. Enaya services primarily operate within a subscription-based care model designed to support continuity and long-term vehicle care.

What happens after the Introductory Visit?

If you choose to continue, the activation process is completed and the vehicle becomes part of the Enaya care system.

When do I pay for my subscription?

Subscription payment is requested only after the Introductory Visit has been completed and the client decides to continue. Once activation is approved, the vehicle is verified and added to the Enaya care system before the first subscription payment is collected.

Privacy & Documentation

Why are vehicle photographs required?

Vehicle photographs help support service verification, quality reviews, and accurate documentation of the vehicle's condition when required.

Why is vehicle documentation required?

Documentation helps ensure accurate vehicle identification, service continuity, and reliable record keeping within the Enaya care system.

Who can access my information?

Access is restricted according to operational responsibilities. Each role can access only the information necessary to perform its assigned function.

Will photographs or service recordings include my home or private property?

No. Documentation is intended to focus on the vehicle and the service itself. Operational procedures are designed to minimize the capture of surrounding private areas whenever reasonably possible, including the use of privacy-supporting measures when appropriate.

Are service recordings used for marketing?

No. Service recordings are maintained for quality assurance, operational review, service verification, and client protection purposes only.

How long are service recordings retained?

Service recordings are normally retained for up to six days following service completion. If no complaint or quality review requirement exists during that period, the recording is automatically removed from the system.

Can anyone outside Enaya access my data?

No. Information is managed within controlled access frameworks and is not shared outside authorized operational requirements.

Service Quality & Standards

How does Enaya maintain service consistency?

Service consistency is supported through training, operational procedures, quality reviews, supervision, and service verification processes.

Why are quality reviews important?

Quality reviews help identify opportunities for improvement and support the consistent application of service standards.

Why does Enaya use QR verification?

QR verification helps ensure accurate vehicle identification and supports service continuity throughout the care journey.

Why is service verification important?

Service verification helps confirm that services were delivered according to operational requirements and documented standards.

How does Enaya handle service observations and feedback?

Observations and feedback are reviewed as part of the continuous improvement process and may contribute to future service enhancements.

Can different representatives deliver the same standard of service?

Yes. Enaya standards apply equally to all representatives. Training, operational procedures, quality reviews, and service verification are designed to support consistency regardless of who performs the service.

Why am I asked to communicate through Customer Care instead of directly with representatives?

Customer Care helps ensure that requests, feedback, scheduling changes, and service-related matters are documented and handled consistently.

Can I give a tip directly to a representative?

Client appreciation is always valued. Where applicable, rewards and recognition are managed through official company channels to ensure fairness and consistency.

Vehicle Access & Service Security

How does Enaya protect my vehicle during interior services?

For services that require vehicle access, the vehicle is opened and closed by the client. A live service session must be active before access can be requested. Service completion cannot be finalized until the client confirms that the vehicle has been secured after the service is completed.

Can a representative access my vehicle without a live service session?

No. Vehicle access requests are linked to an active service session and follow controlled operational procedures designed to protect both the client and the representative.

Are vehicle recordings limited to the exterior of the vehicle?

No. Documentation and service recordings are limited to the areas directly related to the service being performed. Exterior services may involve exterior documentation, while interior services may require documentation of the vehicle's interior when necessary for service verification, quality assurance, or operational review.

Care Record & Long-Term Care

What is a Vehicle Care Record?

A Vehicle Care Record is a structured history that documents services, observations, and relevant vehicle care information over time.

Why does Enaya maintain a care record?

The care record helps support service continuity, improve understanding of the vehicle, and maintain consistency throughout the care journey.

How does the care record improve over time?

Each completed service contributes additional information that helps build a more complete understanding of the vehicle and its recurring needs.

Can I access my vehicle care history?

Yes. Relevant care record information can be made available through approved client access channels.

What happens to my care record if I add another vehicle?

Each vehicle maintains its own independent care record, even when multiple vehicles are registered under the same account.

Does the care record continue throughout my subscription?

Yes. The care record continues to grow throughout the vehicle's participation in the Enaya care system.

Why does Enaya invest in long-term care instead of focusing only on individual services?

Because vehicle care is not defined by a single visit. A long-term approach helps maintain consistency, improve understanding of the vehicle over time, and support a more reliable care experience.
