Governance Protocol Active

Governance & Trust

Trust is not created by promises. It is created by clear rules, controlled access, defined responsibilities, and respect for the information entrusted to us.

Defining the Standard

Governance defines how information, service activities, documentation, approvals, and operational responsibilities are managed within the Enaya vehicle care system.

Core Principles

The foundational pillars that guide our operational integrity and information management.

01

Founding Principle

Information Belongs to Its Owner

Vehicle information, service records, and account data remain associated with their owner. They are collected only for operational purposes and are not treated as commercial assets.

02

Controlled Access

Access permissions are assigned according to operational responsibilities and are limited to the information required to perform approved functions.

03

Documentation Standards

Documentation may be required to support vehicle identification, service accuracy, account verification, and operational review. Only information necessary for these purposes is collected.

04

Privacy by Design

Privacy is considered during the design of processes, responsibilities, and access controls — not only after information is collected.

05

Digital Consent

Documentation and service-related recordings are subject to client authorization during registration. Consent is provided digitally before service activation.

Data Stewardship

Transparent
Record Management

Service recordings are retained only for the period necessary to support quality review, service verification, and complaint handling requirements. Recordings are normally retained for up to six days following service completion and removed when no complaint or quality review requirement exists.

  • Controlled Record Management

Records are managed within controlled access frameworks and retained only as needed to support operational and governance requirements.

  • Retention Policy

When documentation or recordings are no longer required, they are removed according to established retention policies.
